Board of Directors

Your Association is governed by a Board of Directors composed of 18 people plus a Treasurer and Secretary who may or may not be elected directors. Board members serve for three years, with six being elected at the end of each January. For the 2018 float, the board is composed as follows:

Our Bylaws and Standing Rules ( see links below ) call for the board to elect directors to fill the positions of President, two Vice-Presidents, and seven Committee Chairs. Additionally, other committees and chairs can be created to suit the needs of the board. Our President, Chuck Terhune, has formed the following management team:
