Your Association is governed
by a Board of Directors composed of 18 people plus a Treasurer and Secretary
who may or may not be elected directors. Board members serve for three years,
with six being elected at the end of each January. For the 2011 float, the

Our Bylaws and Standing Rules call for the board to elect directors to fill
the positions of President, two Vice-Presidents, and seven Committee Chairs.
Additionally, other committees and chairs can be created to suit the needs
